Spinach Artichoke Dip

Course Appetizer, Side Dish, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1 T fresh nutmeg
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. mayo
  • 2 c. parm
  • TT salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the artichokes into 8 pieces.
  • Saute the spinach.
  • Mince the garlic, saute.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Place monterery and/or parm on top of dish.
  • Cook at 350 until sides are bubbling – 30min?
  • Broil until cheese on top is brown and bubbling. (Make sure you watch!)
