Marissa’s Falafel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c raw cauliflower
  • 16oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • ½ c flour
  • ¼ c sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t cumin
  • ½ t turmeric
  • ¼ c cilantro or parsley
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything in a food processor until smooth, form into balls or patties, Coat with mix of panko and Parmesan, deep fry or pan fry whateverrrr.
