Ingredients
  

  • 1 qt. mayo
  • 3 T shallots, chopped & caramelized
  • 8 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 4 T capers
  • TT salt & pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 T thyme, chopped
  • 1 T chives, chopped
  • drizzle truffle oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine all.
  • Blend until smooth.
