Buttermilk Panna Cotta

Ingredients
  

  • 5 qt. buttermilk
  • 3 qt. heavy cream
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 20 sheets gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Bloom gelatin in water.
  • Heavy cream and sugar in saucepan on stove, heat until just about to simmer.
  • Remove from heat, add bloomed gelatin.
  • Whisk in buttermilk.
  • Pour into serving dishes and chill until firm.

Very unique and tart flavor.
