Ingredients
- 1 c raw cauliflower
- 16oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- ½ c flour
- ¼ c sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t cumin
- ½ t turmeric
- ¼ c cilantro or parsley
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blend everything in a food processor until smooth, form into balls or patties, Coat with mix of panko and Parmesan, deep fry or pan fry whateverrrr.
