Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 bag spinach
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 T fresh nutmeg
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. mayo
- 2 c. parm
- TT salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cut the artichokes into 8 pieces.
- Saute the spinach.
- Mince the garlic, saute.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place monterery and/or parm on top of dish.
- Cook at 350 until sides are bubbling – 30min?
- Broil until cheese on top is brown and bubbling. (Make sure you watch!)
