Whole Wheat Pasta Dough
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 whole egg
- 3 yolks
- 1 t olive oil
- 1 T cold water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into mixer's bowl.
- Using the dough hook attachment, on mediym-low speed, mix until the dough is very shiny! (about eight minutes)
- Alternately, knead by hand for about 12-15 minutes.
- Let rest 30 minutes.
