Buttermilk Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 5 qt. buttermilk
- 3 qt. heavy cream
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 20 sheets gelatin
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in water.
- Heavy cream and sugar in saucepan on stove, heat until just about to simmer.
- Remove from heat, add bloomed gelatin.
- Whisk in buttermilk.
- Pour into serving dishes and chill until firm.
Notes
Very unique and tart flavor.
